It has been confirmed that, when downloading the GOSAT-GW TANSO-3 Level 1B Product files, the downloads may appear to complete successfully in network environments where the transfer speed is below about 10 MB/s, however the resulting files may be incomplete and smaller than expected. As a result, the files cannot be opened using software or commands that support the HDF5 format.

If this situation occurs, please download the files again and, if possible, use a network environment with a higher transfer speed.
